Record of Pros Appliance/Repair transaction is edited or deleted, an entry is created.  The display of duplicate transactions for a
patient will incorporate update/delete activity for a specified Record of Pros Appliance/Repair transaction in order to provide the
most current information when identifying duplicate appliance transactions.  Entries are purged manually by the site.
