                                offices of President and Vice President of the organization.

              DESCRIPTION:      This is a privilege granted to eligible disabled persons that will allow them to park in designated
                                handicapped parking spaces or to park free of meter charges or to remain in time-restricted parking
                                spaces beyond the posted limit with the display of the placard or with disabled license tags on the
                                car.  The disabled person may but does not need to be the driver, so a blind person may obtain
                                disabled tags or the placard for use in a vehicle he/she owns or in which he/she rides.

                                deductions from their long form tax return.  In the past this was a full dependent's deduction but
