HELP-PROMPT: Enter an HL7 ZPC segment ID (3-75 characters). Hit "??" for more Help.
DESCRIPTION: This file stores PCMM HL7 message ID numbers for ZPC segments. The ZPC segment then uses the IEN
of this file which shortens the ID sent to the NPCD.

The ID can have two formats depending on whether it is a preceptee or preceptor.

HELP-PROMPT: Enter legacy site ID (5-25 characters). ID is site number-PCMM HL7 ID IEN (Example: 604-34).
DESCRIPTION: When one site is integrated into another site, all entries in 404.43, 404.52, and 404.53 that have
been unassigned and that are moved to the primary site, need to be able to convert to the original
ID if they are edited and an HL7 message is generated. This field preserves that old ID.

This xref is used to look-up an entry by it's legacy site ID. Used when processing HL7 rejects.
