              DESCRIPTION:      This field is used to exclude any Mental Health encounter with the entered Clinic Stop Code as a
                                secondary/credit stop. The Clinic Stop should have a RESTRICTION TYPE(#5) of "Secondary" or
                                "Either" in file CLINIC STOP(#40.7) file. The secondary/credit stop is entered in the CREDIT STOP
                                CODE(#2503) field of the HOSPITAL LOCATION(#44) file.
