                                '1' FOR YES;
                                '0' FOR NO;
              LAST EDITED:      AUG 31, 2018
              HELP-PROMPT: Enter "YES" if you wish to enable a blank line between appointments in letters. Leave blank or
                                enter "NO" to not enable the blank line.
              DESCRIPTION: If this parameter is enabled (set to YES) then a blank line will be inserted between each
                                appointment in the output of the letters when using the Print Scheduling Letters [SDPRLETTERS]
                                option. This is an optional field which only needs to be set to "YES" when a site desires to use
                                this functionality. This field was added with Patch SD*5.3*705.

404.91,1.2 EXCLUDE ADMIN CLINICS? 1;2 SET

                                '0' FOR NO;
              LAST EDITED:      OCT 12, 2018
              HELP-PROMPT: Enter "YES" if you wish to exclude administrative clinics from appearing on output. Leave blank or
                                enter "NO" to include administrative clinics.
              DESCRIPTION: If this parameter is set to YES then administrative clinics will not be added to the Appointment
                                List when using the Display Appointments [SDDISPPEND] option. This will help prevent patients from
                                unnecessarily attending an administrative appointment. This is an optional field which only needs
                                to be set to "YES" when a site desires to use this functionality. This field was added with Patch
                                SD*5.3*705.

              TECHNICAL DESCR: When this parameter is set to "YES" any appointment to a Clinic with an AMIS REPORTING STOP CODE of
                                674 will be excluded from the Appointment List.

404.91,1.3 ADDITIONAL HEADER TEXT 2;0 POINTER Multiple #404.9102

              DESCRIPTION: This multiple is optional. It allows the site to enter/edit text which will be included on the
                                header of the "Display Appointments" report generated by the Display Appointments [SDDISPPEND]
                                option. When displaying/printing the report this allows the additional header text from the
                                parameter entry which corresponds to the user's defined Institution DUZ(2) value. If there is no
                                entry for the user's defined DUZ(2) value, no additional text will be included in the header.

                                This parameter allows different header information to be defined for each facility at an integrated
                                site or for each division at a multi-divisional facility.

                                    Multiple Header Text lines may be added and they can either come before the existing first line
                                    or after it. Based on the value of this field these lines of text will be printed starting at

              DESCRIPTION: This field will be YES (1) if you wish to limit the date range for a Conversion Specification

                                This field needs to be set to 'YES' in order for the site to schedule a 're-convert' event using
                                ACRP Database Conversion patch functionality.

                                A 're-convert' event will delete each OUTPATIENT ENCOUNTER (#409.68) and VISIT (#9000010) file
                                entries that were created by the conversion for an encounter. Next, the conversion logic will again
                                be executed for the encounter.

                                This parameter is initially set to 'NO' (i.e. 0 or null).

                                processing of the conversion for the template will be forced to stop.

              HELP-PROMPT:      Enter date/time post-init data transfer completed.
              DESCRIPTION: This field contains the completion date and time of the transfer of user related data from the
                                SCHEDULING VISITS (#409.5) file to the OUTPATIENT ENCOUNTER (#409.68) file for visits after
                                10/1/1996.

                                This transfer occurs as part of the post-install of patch SD*5.3*211.

                                This field is used by the post-init to determine if the transfer needs to be performed. If the
                                field is set, the transfer does not need to be performed. For test sites, this will be
                                particularly helpful since they may need to load the patch numerous times.
