              DESCRIPTION:      This field will control how many days records in the EDI STATUS FILE (#443.75) will be retained. 
                                Any records older than this fields number of days will be removed from the file.  
                                   
                                If no value is entered in this field all records over 60 days will be removed.  
                                   
                                The DATE/TIME CREATED field (#6) in the EDI STATUS FILE will be used as the date governing when the
                                record was entered into the file.  Any date before the magic date will be removed.
