Defining the account type as "Q" or "N" flags the system that the account should define the full
complement of 5000 range of files utilized during the installation process and for KIDS build
generation.
Also the "Q" and "P" account types flag the system to send install status information to PPS-N via
the HWSC Web Service Manager "PPSN" Web Server and the UPDATE_STATUS web service manager. For
local site production accounts, the compliance report in PPS-N is updated upon completion of
PPS-N/NDF Update file installation.
