Data stored in the PREGNANCY STATUSES and LACTATION STATUSES multiple fields in the WV PATIENT file are associated with an entry in
the VISIT file and an entry in the TIU DOCUMENT file. Since a user can reassign and retract documents, the data associated with
reassigned or retracted documents may no longer be valid for the patient, thus prompting a review of the patient's chart. This file
stores data that will assist case managers and/or maternity care coordinators in that review.
The WV ACT ON DOCUMENT ACTION protocol (which is executed by the TIU DOCUMENT ACTION EVENT protocol) populates this file with data.
The Edit Pregnancy/Lactation Status Data [WV EDIT PREG/LAC STATUS DATA] option consumes data in this file.
