more clinical quality measures. To provide context for the value sets, this file stores information about the clinical quality
measures and how they relate to the value sets. File #802.2 references this file so that all the clinical quality measures which
use a value set can be determined. Conversely, each clinical quality measure stored in this file contains a list of all the value
sets it uses.
This is a reference file and its contents are created with data imported from a VSAC SVS (sharing value sets) file. None of the
contents should ever be changed by users.
