on a claim response.  
 
Third-party payer responses are stored in file 9002313.03, BPS RESPONSES.  Other payer ID qualifier codes are stored in sub-file 
9002313.035501, OTHER PAYER ID MLTPL, field 339, OTHER PAYER ID QUALIFIER.  
 
No local changes should be made to this file.  The data stored in this file are based on the NCPDP standards and are nationally
distributed.  
 
Per VA Directive 6402, this file should not be modified.
