DATA NAME GLOBAL DATA
ELEMENT TITLE LOCATION TYPE
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This file defines health factors. Note that there are two types of entries as defined by the field Entry Type, they are factor and
category. Every entry that is a factor must belong to a category. Category type entries should never be given to a patient.
When defining a new health factor, you should always create a Description that includes its purpose and use and the concept that it
represents. It is also good practice to add a Print Name, which is used for display purposes in health summaries and Clinical
Reminders.
Changes to this data dictionary should be coordinated thru the IHS DBA.
