RETURN PARAMETER DESCRIPTIONThe RESULTS array will contain different message that indicate any problems
or issues detected during the signing process. The following messages are
possible:
User not Authorized to sign form
Claim cannot be signed until the Bill of Rights Statement is understood
No Signature Entered
No Electronic Signature on File
Invalid Signature Entered
