This Remote Procedure returns the internal entry number of
the entry for the specified computer in the table of registered
DICOM Gateways.

DESCRIPTIONThe value of this parameter is a string. This string is the
"host name" of a computer. Many sites follow the standard
to use names like VHAxxxabcde, where xxx is a three-letter
abbreviation for the name of the site, and abcde is the
actual name of the computer.

RETURN PARAMETER DESCRIPTIONThe value of the return parameter is a string.
When the numeric interpretation of this string is a negative
number, the value indicates an error condition, e.g.:
-1,No Hostname Specified

When the value of the return parameter is a positive number,
this number is the internal entry number for the entry
in the table of registered DICOM Gateways (#2006.5641).

When no entry exists for the specified computer, this RPC
will create a new entry.
