| DESCRIPTION | A utility to scan the Orderable Items file and confirm the records in this file have matching source file records. The source files checked for are documented in the OE/RR Version 3 Package Interface Specifications July, 2001 document. This utility creates a report documenting the following: 1. Orderable Item records without a source IEN stored in the ID field. 2. Orderable Item records without a source Package code stored in the ID field. 3. Orderable Item records with an improperly formatted source Package code in the ID field. 4. Gives a summary of valid records by package. 5. Gives a detail of records without matching source records sorted by: 5.1 Currently active records, will be flagged as inactive, and subsorted by package. 5.2 Currently inactive records and subsorted by package. 6. A list of records with properly created ID field, but the package code is not on the package list in the Package Interface Specifications of July 2001. These will be listed as needing manual confirmation. |
