NAME	DG PATIENT CE REPORT
DESCRIPTION	This report will list patients, edited through Registration, who were flagged as having a pontential catastrophic edit alert created for supervisory review. A catatrophic edit alert is created when two or more edits to fields: name, ssn, date of birth, or gender are performed. Alerts are retained for 365 days, leaving the report to only listing a years worth of information.
