| DESCRIPTION | This option prints the HBPC Expanded Program Census Report. The user is prompted to enter the date range for inclusion on the report. The reportis sorted by patient name and includes: Patient Name, Last 4, AdmissionDate, Case Manager, Most Recent Visit Date, Visit Discipline, & total. Report prints in 80 column format. Note: '* No HBPC Visits *' text will appear in the Most Recent VisitDate/Time column on the report until after either the Build/VerifyTransmission File [HBHCFILE] or Auto-queue HBHC File Update [HBHCAUTO-QUEUED FILE UPDATE] option has run & updated the HBHC Visit File(#632). |
