| DESCRIPTION | This option is designed to be reviewed by billing department and/or theLab service to determine if laboratory file setup complies with billingguidelines and regulations. This option should be assigned to persons involved with lab billing compliance including all applicable lab staff(e.g. LIM, Lab Manager, AO, etc.). This option will print CPT codes that will be passed to PCE based on the Laboratory Billing Aware PCE reporting hierarchy. This report should be used to assist proper CPT coding of laboratory test and panels. This report will provide an alphabetical list of active laboratory procedures that have CPT codes. There are multiple report sorting options provided; all are printed in the same format. The data printed is determined by certain fields in the Laboratory Test (#60) file and WKLD CODE (#64) file.Consult patch LR*5.2*291 documentation for coding guidelines. There are two forms of the report depending if the test is panel or atomic.
