| DESCRIPTION | This option prints a report listing the clinical history and grossdescription for review for patients on the cumulative report print queue,as well as final reports for patients and completed autopsy reports. For finalreports, if the report has been electronically signed and stored in TIU, thereport will be pulled from TIU. Otherwise, the report will be generated fromthe data stored in the LAB DATA (#63) file. The option asks if a 'Final OfficeCopy' should be printed. The 'Final Office Copy' prints SNOMED codes on aseparate page since they are no longer printed on the SF515. |
