NAME	SDWL BATCH CLINIC CHANGE
DESCRIPTION	This option allows the user to 'move' Open EWL entries from a specificclinic to a different clinic even if it involves a different Institution.New entries for the different clinic are created, and the original entriesshall be closed with the new disposition code of 'CL' for Changed Clinic.
