| DESCRIPTION | This report will provide the local sites with an option to generate areport listing consults requested, consults completed, consult completionrates, completed consults with results attached and rate of completedconsults with results attached for a user determined date range. For completed consults with results attached, the report includes those consults that have results attached either in the TIU, Medicine or Clinical Procedures applications. Excluded from the report are: Prosthetics consults, Consults with a statusof Cancelled or Discontinued, and Inter-facility Consults (IFC) requestswhere the reporting site is the sending site for the IFC. The report can be run in a summary format to view on screen or print and a comma delimited format for importing into in spreadsheet and/or databasesoftware. |
