NAME	SDRR RECALL LIST
DESCRIPTION	This option is essentially the same report as that produced by the"Recall List Print" [SDRR PATIENT LIST], except it also reportson slot availability by month for each clinic. The user is asked for adate range, a set of clinics, and whether the report should page break onclinic. It reports on patients who are on the RECALL LIST.
