DESCRIPTION | This option allows the user to generate a list of discontinued requests bydate desired. The list includes the following information: patient name,SSN (last four), procedure, date desired, canceled date, who canceled,cancel reason. Before printing a report, the option will prompt for imaging locations andallows selection of only the location(s) to which the user has accessthrough Personnel Classification or via the RA ALLOC security key. Thelocation(s) selected must also be within the current sign-on imagingtype. Requests for which an imaging location has not been entered willprint on every report under location "UNKNOWN" regardless of whichlocations are selected. |
