| DESCRIPTION | Defers all entries on a user specified PM worklist. All work orders onsubject worklist are given a PM Status of DEFERRED and a close out dateof TODAY. Time and Materials are not posted. This option is intended tobe run only if you want to post DEFERRAL's of all open line items (PMwork orders) on subject worklist to Equipment Histories. This option is not intended for use in cases where there is someexpectation that you may wish to otherwise close-out the PM worklistin question at some later date. That is to say, once a scheduledpreventive maintenance inspection task has been recorded as DEFERREDit will be difficult to change it to PASSED. |
