| DESCRIPTION | This option is used to transfer a patient between wards, to/return fromAuthorized/Unauthorized/Authorized Absence less than 96 hours and to/return from Absent Sick in Hospital (ASIH). It is also used to transfera patient from Authorized Absence to Unauthorized Absence. In the caseof an Interward or ASIH transfer the user will also be prompted with the"TREATING SPECIALTY TRANSFER DATE" prompt where s/he may transfer theusers treating specialty and/or provider if either changed at the timeof transfer. |
