There may be some requirements for theVA to "hold-off" billing the patient until payment is received fromthe insurance company. When a payment is received from aninsurance company, any "holds" on bills to be sent to the patientneed to be removed and the patient should be billed. This optionallows the user to forward the bills from MCCR to AR to startthe collection process. |
