| DESCRIPTION | This report will print bills, sorted by category, by the date of LastActivity. The date of last activity is defined as the date when thebill was last 'looked' at or had some activity. This date is derived by finding the most recent date of the following: 1) Last time a letter printed (LETTER1, LETTER2, LETTER3)2) Date bill was prepared3) Date status was last updated4) Date the last transaction was entered into the system or Transaction date If none of these dates are found, then the default date is 01/01/91. Only those bills in an 'unresolved' status (Active, Suspense, PendingCalm Code, etc.) are printed. Those bills that have been resolved arenot displayed. |
