| DESCRIPTION | This option can be used to re-generate the monthly andyearly counts and amounts of inpatient and outpatient billsfor a single month. If the month selected for input requiresthe calculation of previous months data in order to obtainits yearly values, this will be done when the option isexecuted. If the month selected has 12 prior months worthof data, the month selected will be recalculated. Themonths subsequent to the month select (up to 12) will havetheir yearly data recalculated. This information is used tocompute the average bill amount for the Unbilled AmountsReport. The unbilled amount report is automaticallygenerated for only the month selected after the average billamounts are calculated. |
