| DESCRIPTION | This option allows the user to enter or edit a Tour of Duty for anemployee for this pay period, the last one, or the next. Various warningsare provided if there are problems identified with the tour. If touroverlaps exist (e.g. Sat 11:30PM-8:00AM and Sun MID-8:30AM), then the tourcan not be saved. When editing the "Next" pay period tour or creating a"Permanent" tour, no overlap can exist between day 1 and day 14. The usermust wait until the next pay period is opened or select "Temporary" tocreate this type of tour. |
