| DESCRIPTION | This option allows manual data entry of encounter data for the AmbulatoryData Capture project. The user selects a clinic and appointment date/time,and may de-select specific patient, otherwise after completing data entryfor a single patient, the data will then be entered for all patients withthe same appointment date/time. All forms for theencounter will be asked. If no forms were printed for the encounter theuser can select the form to for data entry without having to print the form. |
