| DESCRIPTION | This option creates a Master Record Adjustment (MRA) transaction whichresults in the updating of selected vendor demographic data in the FMSvendor file in Austin. This option should only be used if a vendor entry is correctly entered intothe DHCP Fee Basis Vendor file but needs to update the FMS vendor filewith the appropriate information. (NOTE: The vendor may not exist on the FMS system or may exist, but the information does not reflect accurate information.) Use of this option should update the FMS vendor file to reflect what iscurrently in the DHCP system. Information at all other VA Medical Centersusing this vendor will also be updated. |
