| DESCRIPTION | This function allows the coordinator to delete exams fromthe system. This function should only be used by thecoordinator. When this function is executed, a bulletin is sent to members of theappropriate mail group to notify them of the exam deletion. Deletion of an exam is prohibited if the exam has an associatedreport. The report must be deleted first before the exam can bedeleted. Once the examination is 'DELETED', the user will be prompted toanswer with a 'YES'or 'NO' to cancel the request associated withthis exam. If 'YES', the request will also be cancelled and the requeststatus updated to 'CANCELLED'. If 'NO', the request status will beupdated to 'HOLD' and may be selected for registration at a future date. |
