| DESCRIPTION | Upon selection of a patient, the program called pulls over the datafrom MAS that is relevant to patient contacts: names and addresses of thepatient, next of kin (NOK), next of kin-2 (KIN), and the guardian. Theinformation is 'pulled over' and defined in the contact file, anddisplayed, permitting the user to edit the data present in the contact file,or to add new contacts not already defined. The user has the choice ofcontinuing with this patient and making an attempt at follow-up, or tocontinue adding contacts for another patient. |
