The reportis sorted by Form, then by Patient Name and includes: Patient File IEN(internal entry number), Patient Name, Last Four, and corresponding Date. Visits also contain: Clinic Name, Error, Provider, ICD Diagnosis, and CPTCode fields. Report prints in 80 column format. |
