| DESCRIPTION | This option prints the HBPC ICD Code/Diagnosis Text by Date Range Report.The user is prompted to enter the date range, and the ICD Code(s), or category of codes, for inclusion on the report. If the user responds 'yes'to the 'include All codes within category xxx' prompt, simply selecting ANYcode from the category will be category inclusive. (e.g. selecting 250.00or 250.60 will produce the same report results) The report is sorted by ICD Code category, then alphabetically by patientwithin category, with totals for each ICD Code category plus a grandtotal. Report prints in 80 column format. |
