| DESCRIPTION | This tool will allow the user to convert current and future PCAttending assignments to PC Practitioner assignments. Any assignmentthat is not current, discharged, will not be affected. Thisutility can be run in one of two modes CHECK or FIX. CHECK willgo through the same procedures and checks that the FIX mode doesonly it will not convert the assignments. It will provide thesame report for the user to review. It is strongly recommended that the CHECK method be utilized first.This will give the user an understanding of how many records areaffected. When the decission is made to run in FIX mode, it isreommened that a small set of teams or positions be selected first.After the report comes back check the results before moving on. |
