DESCRIPTION | Dialog file entries may be created or amended with this option. Theinitial display is by dialog type. Use the CV option to switch betweendialog types. Possible dialog types are: R - Reminder Dialog G - Dialog Group E - Dialog Element P - Prompt F - Forced Value Reminder dialogs are linked to reminders by a field (REMINDER DIALOG) onthe reminder definition. The reminder dialog may be executed by CPRS ifthe reminder is due or applicable. A reminder dialog contains questions (dialog elements) and/or groups ofquestions (dialog groups) which are related to the reminder findings. Dialog groups can contain one or more questions (dialog elements). Each question (dialog element) may have a number of additional prompts(e.g. date, location) or forced values. Reminder Dialogs----------------New reminder dialogs can be created using option: AD - Add Dialog The reminder dialog may be created manually or auto generated from thereminder definition using the General Finding Type Parameters. An existing reminder dialog may be selected. Options available are: CO - Copy a reminder dialog DD - Display details of dialog elements for this reminder dialog DP - View progress note text in an approximation to the GUI ED - Edit/Delete reminder dialog. This allows adding or deletion of questions (dialog elements) to be included in the dialog. EE - Element edit. This allows changes to the individual questions (dialog elements) and additional prompts (dialog prompts) INQ- Print reminder dialog definition (and related reminder finding) RI - Reminder inquiry The edit options allow changes to the selected reminder dialog. Whenmaking changes to dialog elements and prompts it should be remembered thatdialog elements and prompts may be used in more than one reminder dialog. Changing one reminder dialog may affect others. Other Dialog Types------------------ Additional prompts, forced values, dialog elements and dialog groups maybe edited or printed |
