NAME	EHM_CONVERTED APPT SUMMARY
DESCRIPTION	This option will produce a summary list of appointments that have an appointment date on or after the date of conversion that were created before the date of conversion but no more than two years prior to the conversion date. This report can be run pre-conversion and post-conversion to Oracle Health. The report can be run for a single clinic (entry in the HOSPITAL LOCATION file (#44)) or for all clinics.
